Since 2017, I have moderated a variety of courses such as prep exams, certification courses, managing virtual teams, and how as an extrovert, ambivert, or introvert - you work with your teams. Along with these courses are Six Sigma, Lean Six and many others. NASA - besides their regular courses also provide seminars such as their Quick Hits or Quick Lift seminars. Below are just a few of the organizations I have had the honor of moderating services. This is a snapshot of some of my moderating duties:

. For 1st time moderating a new course:

. Participate in Content Walk Through
. Participate in Dry Run with Instructor

. Set up room in readiness for the session.
. Log into the virtual classroom session at least 45 minutes before the start time of the class.
. Greet each participant as they enter the room, completing an audio check with them.
. Deliver the Introduction to Adobe Connect at the beginning of the session.

·Break Out Rooms

. Manage all Break Out Room activities, ensuring participants are distributed throughout breakout rooms as agreed with instructor during the Dry Run session.
. Start and finish all breakouts as requested by the instructor.
. Visit each breakout room as soon as they are started to troubleshoot
any participant issues preventing them from working effectively.
. Send out “Broadcast Messages” to all Break Out Rooms as required
by the instructor.
. Monitor for any participants who may find themselves bounced back
into the Main Room and place them back in their original Break Out
Room.
. Bring Break Out Room work completed by participants back into
the Main Room at the Instructor's request when Break Out sessions
are concluded.
· Reset slides to slide one within each module.
· Clear all chats.
· Clear all breakout rooms.
· Be sure to copy any chat logs onto moderator report.
· Complete moderator report.
· Send moderator report.
