I have been designing curriculum for over 14 years for universities and publishers. Below are just a very small portion of the courses designed for both undergraduate and graduate studies. Some of my responsibilities are:
· Support students throughout their academic journey and provide adequate support service. Test students’ knowledge and increase final exam/quiz scores by an average of 88%.
· Train and further hone the skills of new and current instructors. Boost their engagement and participation with students and other faculty members.
· Integrate Bloom’s Taxonomy to uncover the goals/objectives of each course. Process the revisions in Microsoft Word and post updates to the Blackboard LMS student portal.
· Provide technical support for students by troubleshooting programs, printers, Learning Management Systems (LMS), email, downloading projects, uploading projects, and more. Troubleshoot for both MAC and Windows-based environments.
· Provide two 1-hour live classroom instruction each week of class using Adobe Connect.
